A Girl named Kent

The Red Mittens.

Tyler has been asking for red mittens for some time now. Not sure how he got the idea into his head, but he kept asking me to make him some so I finally agreed too. I had never made mittens before. As I was making them, he sat right next to me asking me "Are they done yet?" (a minute later) "Are they done now?". Finally I was done with one and it was bed time for him so he put his one mitten on, as happy as can be and went to bed. So of course I had to make the other one the next day, but I coldn't get it done before he went to bed so I told him when he woke up, his other red mitten would be ready. You would have thought it was Christmas the next day! The first thing he asked me in the morning was "Where is my other mitten?." He was so happy when I showed it to him and immediately put it on (he had gone to bed with the one mitten on again). So today I dedicate my blog to my cute little guy and his red mittens.
